  • They used canoes a lot, it was just a dug-out tree log and gods for on land
  • They did not deal with disease, unfortunately when they were forced out of their land, Everything was changing and many died along the way

  • Known as some of the fiercest warriors 
  • They spoke their own languages, it was kind of like the Choctaw Tribe 
  • It was sort of a democratic government
  • Minko was their chief 
  • Each of the little groups followed at “Minko” and a council of older people

    - They also fished in rivers.
    - Usually built their homes around a place that has soil. 
    - Some of them lived in small villages and others lived in small towns with fences.
    - Most of the places they lived in, had small rivers so they were able to fish.
    - Many of the places had temples and council houses, that had leaders of the tribe  in the center where the houses are.
    - The people in this tribe wore deerskin that the women made. 
    Men wore mostly breechcloth and sometimes a shirt or a cloak
