         <description><![CDATA[<div> Days 1 <br><br></div><div>(6 August 2018, Monday.)<br>On my first day as a worker, I have to take note about all the rules that should be followed by all employers at the bakery. Before started the work, the employees must make sure the workplace is clean and comfortable. When go to the work, clothes should be neat and comfortable to move and do worked. Before starting any work such as baking cake and do some biscuit, should make sure hands already cleaned also should wear slippers and an apron that has been provided to employers to ensure the hygiene of food to be processed. After all of the work finished, workers must make sure the place clean with clean out the cake and processing should sweep and mop the floor.<br><br>Days 2<br><br></div><div>(7 August 2018, Tuesday.)<br>For the second day, I have to learn and make ‘popia simpul‘. Frozen popia will be left for 30 minute to make it soften so that the cutting process will be more easily. When it is soft, the popia will cut into 10 parts, which form a square. One plastic of popia consists of 50 pieces and it will produce 500 popia simpul. Each popia will filled with serunding to add a unique flavour. It is the unique test of popia simpul. For the first time, I only can make 500 of popia simpul. All items used is such as a spoon, tapuware and the tray. After finished worked, the items was used will be washed and stored in the original place after use. </div><div><br>Days 3</div><div>(8 August 2018, Wednesday.)<br> For the third day, I do the same worked which is to make the popia simpul. From yesterday experience, I better than yesterday. For this day, I successfully do more popia simpul which is already made 1000 of popia simpul. Still used the same item. After fisnished all worked, the place should be in a cleanness. Spring rolls that are ready to be stored at overnight to be allowed to dry before sent to the victory to be fried. <br><br>Days 4<br>(9 August 2018, Thursday.)<br>For the fourth day, still do the same worked which is to make the popia simpul. The owner said, I should have more experience to do the popia simpul it is because if I start the new sem I can do it by myself and can try to make the small business with sell the popia simpul. This popia simpul is very famous because have test very delicious and not everyone can do it. I’m feel very touched because she very kind and not stingy. For this day, I made 1000 of popia simpul like yesterday.<br><br>Days 5</div><div>(11 August 2018, Saturday.)<br>For the fifth day, I get into the factory of processing biscuit. Distance between bakery and biscuit factory is just around 300 meters away. I learned how to measure the quantity of flour and ingredients used in making biscuits peas. After the flour has been thoroughly and put seasoning, I learned to make biscuits cookies to trace the shape of a circle. Shapes biscuits that are ready to be placed in a tray for baking in the oven. Cookies are baked for 45 minutes to ensure it is cooked. Baked biscuits that are ready to be packing and labelling before being sorted into boxes to sent to the customers and supermarket.<br><br></div><div>Days 6<br>(12 August 2018, Sunday.)<br>For the fifth day, I learn how to baking cake like cake chocolate moist and chocolate cheese. Baking cake is not easy. Need more patience and more creativity to baking cake. But this experience is very nice because I know how to bake cake and I can do at home. <br><br>Days 7</div><div>(13 August 2018, Monday.)<br>Today I need help making cakes to prepare the booking of 'kek cheese leleh’ that is 500 seeds. At first, I need to prepare the ingredients for baking such as flour, eggs, milk, cheese, chocolate, Oreo, tiramisu, red velvet, vanilla, milo, and strawberry. I need to sort the container to put the cake into the tray with a spoon. After the cake to cook, I have to cut the cake according to the specific size and shape of a square. The size of all the cake is the same and will be put into a container to be poured on top of cream cheese. When completed, topping will be placed either using cheese, chocolate, Oreo, strawberry, vanilla, milo da tiramisu. Cakes that are ready to be packaging and labelling and stored in boxes overnight before being shipped to customers. After setting up the cake, the place needs to be cleaned, swept and mopped as usual.<br><br></div><div>Days 8</div><div>(14 August 2018, Tuesday.)<br>I learn how to be a cashier. How to use machine cashier. The machine have their own keys to protect the safety. Be a cashier is easy but to handle and keeping money at the machine is a big responsibility and cannot be a careless this is because if we do the wrong key in it will can be shortage. <br><br>Days 9</div><div>(15 August 2018, Wednesday.)<br>Today, I be as a cashier again. It is my second last day as worker at this company. Time lunch, owner treat me for the lunch. She is very nice and a good owner. All of the employees very respect at her. At the evening I make a biscuit. <br><br></div><div>Days 10<br>(16 August 2018, Thursday.) <br>This is my last day. I baking cake, do some of biscuit. After finished all of the worked, I cleaning all the place and make sure the all of item at the origin place. <br><br></div>]]></description>
