Here it shows that Creature is expressing and demanding why he has to be the outcast of his society. He is misunderstood and judged by his peers around him. He is assumed to be this cruel and vicious beast because of how society admires beauty more so than the potential within ones self.

Others around them fear them because they are different. Their peers assume them to be these vicious beasts because of their hash appearances. 
Along with that rejection comes the judgement. Both of these creatures are judged before they get a chance to prove who they really are.
Because of this they both hate the fact that they were created.
No one takes the chance to really see past their exterior. Despite how they are judged they break the stereotypes and prove to everyone that they aren't the beasts that their looks portray them to be. 
In the end Creature finds love and so does The Beast. In this quote it expresses how the beast feels towards Belle. He feels that he isn't good enough because of the way he looks. Not focusing on what's on the inside rather than outer appearances.
