Telling them they are good at something will help them have a sense of purpose, it changes their mindset and emotions <br><strong>Noni </strong>- being committed to make a positive impact. Allowing team members to be more involved and allowing them to fulfil their potential<br><strong>Ratshi </strong>- when working on something with purpose, you can always find that little bit extra when it is required. When things are difficult, you can work harder to achieve your goals and that makes the team more resilient overall.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <title>DVB, CS, BI, EM</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>CS, BI, EM all had body. Not having to travel has made a difference. Ability to ensure one stays healthy is important. Ability to plan our days better and participate in some healthy activities (walking the dogs) during our own time is helpful.<br>DVB - mind. The ability to work independently and also be alone with ones thoughts is helpful to ensure mental fortitude.<br><br>These strengths are used in divisions to ensure resilience within our teams we manage:<br>- communication;<br>- sharing personal information;<br>- encouraging healthy habits;<br>- flexibility and being accommodating. </div>]]></description>
