Il existe deux principaux "tombereaux" 
les tombereaux articuler plus souvent appeler "dumper" 

le tombereaux articuler est un camion de chantier qui est conçu pour passer partout 

      il possède des suspension actives a l'avent et des mécanique a l’arrière, la suspension d'un tombereaux articuler et conçu pour fonctionner a pleine charge. a vide elle rebondit et rands la conduite plus difficile.

     Le chassie du tombereaux articuler et fait en 2 partie séparer par une articulation : l'avent qui est composer d'un essieux du moteur et de la cabine. et l’arrière qui porte la benne 2 essieux, les charge supporté par les 3 essieux doivent être identique pour une meilleure adhérence en toute circonstance

     La transmission des tombereaux : selon les model il roule en 6x6, 4x6 ou alterne a la demande du conducteurs 

      La forme de la benne détermine le volume utile selon le matériel on peut y rajouter des option tels qu'un aillons arrière automatique, un fond poussant, des rehausses sur les ridelles ou un système de chauffage par circulation interne des gaz d’échappement pour mieux faire glisser les matériaux collants.

Et les tombereaux rigide ou "de chantier"  son utiliser dans des carrière ou des mine a ciel ouvert

Il existe également des finisseurs pour l'application de béton, pour des chaussées, des canaux, glissières, caniveaux, bordures, etc.



Un finisseur est composé des éléments suivants :

  • une trémie disposée à l'avant, dans laquelle les camions déversent la matière.
  • une plate-forme de commande depuis laquelle le chauffeur pilote l'engin.
  • un convoyeur situé en dessous destiné à apporter les matériaux depuis le fond de la trémie vers la table de réglage.
  • une table de réglage?disposée à l'arrière, par où l'enrobé ou le béton est déversé sur la chaussée, et sur laquelle il est possible de déplacer les éléments latéraux et verticaux afin de définir l'épaisseur et la largeur de l'application.
