The owner also teach me how to do the accounting method to calculate the daily profit. She appoint me to help in making a proper account by manual and not only using automatic calculation. The desserts were sold in a pack. A pack priced RM5. Some of the customers thought the price are quite expensive but once they tasted it, they said it worth the price. I served the customer by giving my best and full of smile to them. Even when some of the customers feel unsatisfied, I could just reply them with a smile and listen to whatever they said. I won't argue cause that will only make things worse. Beside that usual stuff, I also finally learn how to steam the Pulut Kuning using the electronic steamer. Its not that hard and easy to learned. Regulars and new customers came to filled up their stomach. The most ordered foods was Assam Laksa. The making of Assam Laksa is so simple as we already got the soup from the boss. We only need to prepared the garnish which include sliced cucumber, pineapple, onion, chillies, mint leaves, lime and also a bit of sauce called 'petis'. The sauce and the lime make the texture of the food balanced and the mint leaves help in reducing the smell of the soup(fishy smell). At first, he asked me where is the toilet and i gave him the directions. After a few minutes, he came back and ordered Cookies & Cream Frappe (Large). After giving his order, we have a short conversation which include the weather, interested place to visit, and also some introduces to the dessert served at Teazer cafe. He then bought Talam Tepung as I said it was the one sold out in a quick pace. We end the conversation because he need to go to other places with his friend.
