Towards the beginning of the course, when I simply glanced at the list of words that we would have to cover I was slightly intimidated, but after using Quizlet, and applying vocabulary through many different applications, I found the research summary the most helpful in terms if introducing the Chinese language.

In Lesson 1, I learned the basics of communication, different tones, and the fundamentals of Chinese. In the beginning, the novelty of the whole experience caused me to struggle a bit. After a while, it wore off and I and got a better handle on the material. In the classroom, Ms. Kang uses various tactics in order to convey information to us. These tactics include the following: Flipgrid, Blendspace, Sutori, and Google Classroom, just to name a few. Indubitably, one may struggle in Ms. Kang's class initially, however the novelty wears off after getting the hang of all the various requirements that come in to play inside the classroom.
