In Sportsman I have added two questions to the registration process, that specifically asks about tickets. In order to track tickets we will be documenting the bar code of each ticket that we hand out.

An example is as follows:

Did you receive jazz tickets? YES KO 11/4/2015

Jazz ticket bar code: 123456789101112131415 and 15141312111009876543

Every participant receives 2 Jazz ticket. If a parent is going to volunteer as a coach, he/she also receives 2 tickets.

It will be very important that tickets are document as the above mentioned. This gives us just about a full proof way of tracking tickets. I will be going over this will all front desk this week.  The deadline to register is on Saturday. When I come in on Monday, I will be adding a $5 late fee to the registration fee. Also Jazz tickets have to be back no later than Tuesday so for those that register after that time, I will be getting them tickets to a later game.
