Also difficult to impose collaboration in different cultures and countries and services . Not a clear picture and difficult to look at the things that need improvement and how to improve them. Recognising barriers to implementing services such as collaboration whether barriers are political social or economical. The demands of staffing levels are inconsistency with graduation levels or preparation level. Have to be realistic about crisis and shifting in healthcare. </div>]]></description>
