Why?

I'm most proud of mastering in a different technique of writing essays (by parts, which each have a quote, an introduction for it and a conclusion and not just how it flows). I've never done so and I think that this technique helped my essays become more structured.

How did you grow as a writer this summer?

I think that my essays became more structured.

Considering the “feed-forward” you received, what will you continue to work on as a writer?

Considering the “feed-forward” I received, I will continue to work on connecting my ideas with the quotes more, working on my grammar and punctuation and making my essay more "fluent"/"smooth".

I am most proud of being able to read fast without losing the idea and understanding everything that I've read, because reading books and text in English was sometimes hard for me, especially if there are a lot of words, that I don't know.

How did you grow as a reader this summer?

Ithink that I  was being able to focus on the book and read fast and understand everything all at the same time.

Considering the “feed-forward” you received, what will you continue to work on as a critical reader?

I'm most proud of being able to speak during the discussions and not only speak, but get into conversations that are on topic with other students. I am also proud of being able to get the "deep" meaning of the parts of the text, that we were discussing.

How did you grow as a listener and speaker this summer?

I concentrated on what other people said and sometimes  had something to add to that, or someone's words would inspire me for a new way to expand the discussion.

Considering the “feed-forward” you received, what will you continue to work on as a listener and speaker?

Considering the “feed-forward” I received, I will work on directing my thoughts the right direction and I'll try to participate in the discussion more.
