Brainstorming allows students of different experience and knowledge to work together in groups. Everybody can contribute with what they are good at. This is particularly beneficial as well as comfortable for weak and/or shy students. As there are no wrong and right answers, the sessions provide students with a platform where they can voice their thoughts without a fear of failure. Working together also motivates participants to listen to each other.
