Since our entire team has access to internet at all times, the following approach that they decided to take is analysis.
Prior to making that decision, my company played out six major question:
1- Will there be reliable internet access?
2- Will the following technique be easy to follow by everyone?
3- Will employees be able to easily access the meeting?
4- Will there be any connection problems?
5- Will everyone engage in the meeting?

They decided to use the first way which was voting. We all voted whether we were with or against group virtual meetings, the final results were 98% of the employees preferred virtual meetings since it's more accommodating with our hectic life style, especially that it's been really complicated lately to schedule a face to face meeting.
The company immediately initiated a cause and effect relationship to the following situation. That was when they had to further their research to see which of the following websites is more valid as far as sharing content, and being stable.
