For example, Switcha means lemonade and it also has limes. they also have cassava bread a sweet dish that can be served with a variety of foods. Another food is Souse it is a soup made of onions, water, lime, juice, celery, peppers, and meat. Callaloo is a soup made up of a leaf vegetable. And finally, guava duff. Guava duff is fruit dogh boiled.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The the most used spice on the island is thyme. Chefs usually use it fresh and not dry because the freshness enhances the flavor. They Bahamian people also use a variety of peppers they use them in sauces and to add a little spice. Bay Leaves are also used for flavor but, they can be used for medicinal purposes. Curry Powder is a mother spice the Bahamians use. Curry powder is used in curried versions of green tomatoes, conch, goat. Lastly, Bahamian Seasoning Blend.  Bahamians use these spices on fish and conch dishes, and in  peas n’ rice. Bahamian Spice Salt is also a great seasoning for poultry, fish or meat. </div>]]></description>
