             Print authors can include only images and different genres, but transmedia authors can include images, texts, video games, videos and websites etc. 

-Through transmedia large companies get the ability to attract diverse audiences into their franchises through films, magazines, TV shows and various different mediums.

-Transmedia stories help the expansion of potential markets involoving audiences' favourite cartoon or movie characters.
        eg: - Girls love to buy products with images of Disney princesses and mickey mouse.
              - Boys love products made by characters used by Star Wars

Then he has developed the stories in to a cartoon and then he has animated a Disney film named Steamboat Willie. Then Walt Disney's animation movies had begun.
        Also later playstation games with disney characters and online digital story books are created with the use of digital technologies in a useful and interesting way.
     So, Walt Disney's journey of mickey mouse is a good example for transmedia journey.
