I also learned that phone calls, even short ones, can help build community and help teachers keep in touch with their students.

Utilizing the waiting room gives the LF and L the opportunity to connect on a personal level. The LF can also redirect issues before entering the main LE.
2. Feedback is important for learning, but it doesn't always have to be in the form of words. Utilizing the audio tool can have a better impact as the L's can hear your excitement and feedback as they would in person.
