         <description><![CDATA[<div>From the article, I learned that a verbal-method of feedback can be more effective for students than written feedback. I also learned that phone calls, even short ones, can help build community and help teachers keep in touch with their students.&nbsp;<br>One tip I will use is to offer students verbal feedback through video or other method. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Utilizing the waiting room gives the LF and L the opportunity to connect on a personal level. The LF can also redirect issues before entering the main LE.<br>2. Feedback is important for learning, but it doesn't always have to be in the form of words. Utilizing the audio tool can have a better impact as the L's can hear your excitement and feedback as they would in person.&nbsp;<br>3. One strategy I will use is video calls and audio feedback so L's can hear my words rather than just read and try and interpret my emotions. </div>]]></description>
