The leadership style I chose is the Participative Leadership (Democratic) style. It is known as the most effective leadership style. The democratic leaders offer guidance to group members by participating in the group, while allowing input from other group members. My major goal in this group is for the group members to become more motivated and creative throughout the sessions. Hopefully, in this group the members will learn that they are an important part of this group.
