I have reported abuse before and was fired because the parent was friends with leadership. I had another time I reported abuse it went over looked and the student was actually getting abuse.

So someone else was talking about how CPS can't keep things anonymous and that is truly my biggest fear and probably biggest reason to not call on families. I do not want the back lash, especially this early in my career
