My old primary school were tall buildings with lots of stairs and back then, loads of us are using roller bags and those are tiresome to drag up the stairs since most bags are bigger than the owner itself.

I was 12, school dismissed for the morning session, and I was waiting for my mom. I saw the younger kids(7 to 9 year old) of the afternoon session dragging their bags upstairs, struggling.

I thought of how that had been me when I was in their place, struggling. So I moved, helped some of them to carry their bags up the stairs, and I begin to do that everyday while I wait for my mom. It felt nice, giving others with what I didn't get in my own time and account.

But when I started to that, other kids my age followed me, they would come along with me to help those younger ones who are struggling with their bags. And it continued on, till my last day of school there.

Many users start spreading rumor and comments that artist asked him to died and withdrawal from the entertainment. so i feel angry and i start to share my own view prove their views and thought. Yes, it's true that now we got freedom to speak but we should spread the positive and truth but not the fake news. I wrote an article try to prove their views and some of the users delete their comments towards that child artist. what I can try to share is that one person spread the fake but if the thousands spread it will be the truth. Gardening itself is an activity that is mildly strenuous so it can be a good exercise for those who are young and old. In addition, growing our own food can help practice healthy habits as the food we grow are chemical free and we would spend more time in the outdoors, allowing us to breathe fresh air and stay in the sun, all things that lead to a healthy body. Gardening is also a communal activity as everyone can contribute to the community garden. Thus, improving relationships with our community, adding to our social life, something humans need. 

Other than that, we can organize a community yoga and meditation session. Yoga is a great exercise for the body and mind. Meditation helps our mind better. Our minds play a great role in our life and these activities helps us learn to control our mind better. With a good mind, we can lead better and happier lives. In addition to this, these activities are good for everyone and would encourage us to go out more, interacting with people. 

Social interaction is important for a community to thrive and with these ideas, we can ensure a healthy community as a healthy community is not only the health of the individuals but also the relationships inside the community that makes it a healthy one. A community is nothing if not its people, and parks, they are the epicenter of a community. I would add a hall nearby the parks. Halls can be useful for organizing community projects and events that would help the community work together on their own. Other than that, the areas around the community should also add more flora to them. Plants have been shown to reduce stress levels as the color helps to do so. Thus, good maintenance of the flora around the community would help the community better, by keeping their stress levels low.

In addition, we can host events that allow interaction between members of the community. For example, a charitable event that would help the foster homes nearby. This would allow the community members to interact with one another and also help for the betterment of the foster kids. Other than that, they can do events such as adopting a neighbor, whether that be an elderly man who needs help with the groceries or a young woman with her child. Getting to know the people in the community and showing them that you care can help a community be better off.

We can also allocate funds to building better infrastructure around the community. Whether that could be a bus stop for people to use to travel to work or a small hut of wood near the parks.
