Stacey posts every week or so about volunteering or meeting with voters. Stacey is the executive director of the KAAAC.

Adam Thomas is more active on facebook, and I couldn't find a instagram account. It's a bit harder to find perosnal info on him that's not on his website.

He posts every few days on his facebook. Mainly self promotion, endorsements, then asking for support either financially or by volunteering.

Prediction: I think Thomas will win, he has the incumbent advantage along with the former endorsement and he posts on his chosen social media more than Knoell.

I believe she should work harder to do engender herself in the communities she wants to represent. Community outreach programs, show up at local events. It's a missed opportunity to not use facebook, especially when her opponent uses theirs so frequently.

Focus on positive aspects of his districts through his messaging. What is going well in his role in his incumbency? why did he chose to run and what should the district strive for in his candidacy? How will lowering property taxes benefit the districts. What are Kansans's needs?

Online media coverage has benefited Stacey Knoell since she has had additional involvement on ballot websites. Adam Thomas benefits from traditional media since he's the incumbent and previous appearances on the news.

She often uses green and blue in her promotion ads. Blue makes people think democrat, is one of the colors on the Olathe city flag and green has positive associations of neutrality and nature. She does a good job depicting herself as a strong leader who understands education.

Adam often uses yellow and green in his branding aswell, reminds of a sunny, grassy day or the Kansan Sunflower State. He also uses pictures of himself in the Kansas Senate, which is very effective in imagining himself in the position he's running for. Yellow is also one of the colors pictures on the Olathe city flag. He seems fairly effective in depicting himself as a peaceful family man.
