         <title>Reflection on Gamification on its relevance and practicality with regards to Education 4.0</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the recent days, the applications of different technologies such as social networks, internet and mobile phone usages can be rapidly used in both academic (e-learning) and industry. The widespread of using these technologies increased the importance of its effect on education by acting as communication and information sharing tools. Therefore, to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, motivation and engagement of students in e-learning, gamification has become a relevant tool which applies elements associated with video games (game mechanics and game dynamics) in non-game applications. Through gamification, it helps on enhancement of people’s engagement. Due to this factor, gamification that applies on e-learning within the students which gains popularity. In addition, gamification also helps to increase engagement and motivation through better platform designs for students to gain knowledge. <br><br></div><div>Gamification is practical with regards to Education 4.0 as the students nowadays prefer to use digital way of study method compared to conventional study method. With the aids of different types of tools such as Kahoot, Coggle, Piktochart, Socrative, Canva and others in teaching and learning environment, the students manage to understand the topics well where the educators can deliver the information and sharing the knowledge. This situation is mutualism for both educators and students. In addition, gamification is practical as it helps the students not only from their own course, it also helps the students worldwide. All the students who are willing to learn in distances manage to share the knowledge without boundaries. With implementation of gamification in Education 4.0, the education system can be well improved where the accessible of information and knowledge delivery can be rapidly improved. Not only that, students can be clear about what they will gain through e-learning, and how applicable the knowledge gained in future work. <br><br></div><div>In my opinion, gamification is relevant and practical with regards to Education 4.0 as it is designed in a way that can be used at anytime and anyplace. The benefits gained through gamification in learning system should be greatly encouraged as it helps to improve the students to meet the industrial revolution 4.0. </div>]]></description>
