In addition to technical skills, I think teamwork is very important in this class. Because the course was conducted entirely in English and covered complex statistical and programming content, there were moments when I couldn’t fully understand. In those situations, classmates became essential. We often discussed the material during class, explained concepts to one another, and helped each other solve problems related to STATA. This peer support not only helped me clarify many ideas but also improved my efficiency in learning.

Throughout the course, the instructor always explained each concept patiently and thoroughly, which really helped build my confidence. I also made frequent use of AI tools like ChatGPT to assist me in reviewing statistical and econometric concepts. These tools became especially useful when I needed quick clarification or wanted to practice applying methods outside of class.

Through this course, I learned a lot about statistical and econometric techniques. In the past, I only studied theories from textbooks and had no hands-on experience with software like Stata, so many concepts felt abstract and unfamiliar. However, by practicing data analysis in class and exploring more during my own time, I developed a much clearer understanding.

Sometimes I also discussed problems with my classmates, and those conversations further deepened my comprehension. Overall, this course has significantly enhanced both my theoretical knowledge and practical skills in financial empirical analysis. I now feel more confident working with data and using tools to solve problems.

Even so, I’m proud of how much I’ve improved. Over time, I became more comfortable listening to lectures in English, and I even managed to complete a full presentation in English, which is something I never thought I could do. I also learned how to use STATA and gained a clearer understanding of how regression models work. It wasn’t easy, but it was definitely worth it. This course helped me grow a lot—not just academically, but also in my confidence with English.
