Road blocks: Documenting escalations. You MUST document when and who you paged and when the page was returned. You must document every subsequent page after that as well. If you are down grading a ticket you must state why especially if it is a 1 to a 2.

IE upgrade timetable
· August 1st 2016 - Discontinue deployment of all other browsers

· August 15th 2016 - Complete testing and remediation of all Web based apps with IE11

· August 16th 2016 - Begin Deployment to all facilities

· September 30th 2016 - Complete IE11 rollout Enterprise wide

· December 2016 - Complete clean up and removal of all non IE11 browsers
