Next, having been crashed into pieces, the pieces of glass bottles are heated into liquid in a furnice. In the next stage, once melted liquid have been added with new glass liquid, new bottles are shaped in the mould and dried. Finally, after the new bottles are filled with liquid such as drinks, they are delivered to supermarkets and the cycles repeats.

Overall, there are three main stages involved in the recycling process, starting with the collection of second-hand bottles and ending with the production of new filled bottles to the stores.

In the first stage, the used bottles by customers are selected to the collection point for the recycling process before being distributed to the cleaning plant by a truck. In the following steps, they are classified into three main types based on the colors: green, brown and clear. Subsequently, they are moved to a glass factory in order to be crushed into smaller pieces of glasses. 

These pieces are then heated in a furnace at high temperature to become melted glass in the liquid form. After that, that liquid glass is molded to form new glass bottles. After being filled and packaged, these final products are transported to stores and displayed for customers to purchase. Finally, the process of cycling is repeated.
