 I am Judit Kisfaludi from Hungary, and disabled since birth. I try to live in a way that my condition will be just a fact beside my work  , and to be seen first as a person of value, even irreplaceable one. My aim is to leave a positive mark on the world, whether it be social impact or through the artistic means of self-expression. It is also important for me to always evolving in something, thats why I have joined the group Here We Are, the Co-Efficient Association and the Living Independently - in Community groups. Example: Conducted surveys and interviews with young people from small towns in Bulgaria (including Kavarna) showed low levels of their awareness of non-formal education opportunities. At the same time, formal education, especially in smaller towns, does not give enough opportunities for the growth of the youngsters.

#2: Set the Goal and Objectives

- Goal: Increase awareness and participation in non-formal education opportunities among young people in Kavarna by 30% within six months. Increase awareness about the benefit of NFE among adults and elderly people in town as well.

- Objectives:

  a. Organize a flashmob in the town center to raise awareness about non-formal education and its benefits.

  b. Recruit 15-20 young people through our youth exchange mobility and community outreach to actively participate in the flashmob event.

  c. Form partnerships with one local organization and the municipality to support the campaign.

#3: Identify the Decision Makers

Example: Reach out to the Municipality of Kavarna, the head of the local education department, and influential community leaders known for their support of youth initiatives. Request meetings to discuss the campaign's objectives and seek their support in promoting non-formal education.

#4: Define the Message and the "Ask"

Message: "Unlock Your Potential: Embrace Non-Formal Education!"

Ask: Request local people who observed the flashmob or learned about it from social media to open a webpage containing resources for non-formal education opportunities and encourage young people to sign up to receive information about such initiatives

#5: Set Your Timeline

- Planning Phase: July 15 - October 15

- Outreach and Awareness Campaign: September 15 - October 15

- Flashmob Event Preparation: October 7 - October 15

- Flashmob Event: October 16

- Evaluation and Follow-Up: October 23 - November 5

#6: Choose the Tactic and Implement

Tactic: Organize a Flashmob Event to promote non-formal education.

Implementation Steps:

a. Use social media platforms and community outreach to recruit more participants for the flashmob event and invite the younster taking part in the "Be the Change" YE, utilizing engaging visuals and success stories from young people who have benefited from non-formal education.

d. Partner with a dance professional to create a dynamic and compelling flashmob performance that showcases the importance of non-formal education.

e. Secure necessary permits from the local authorities to hold the flashmob at a central square in Kavarna by October 1.

f. Conduct three rehearsal sessions leading up to the event to ensure participants are well-prepared and confident.

#7: Monitor, Evaluate, and Share

a. Use online analytics tools and post-event surveys to measure the reach and engagement of the online awareness campaign.

b. Collect feedback from participants and attendees immediately after the flashmob event through feedback forms and discussions.

c. Compare the number of young people actively seeking non-formal education opportunities before and after the campaign to evaluate its impact. Compare the number of page views for the resourse page and the sign ups for receiving information about NFE opportunities.

d. Share the campaign's results and success stories with decision-makers, local media, and partner organizations through press releases and social media posts to sustain interest and support.
