Bonnie Bunyau was born on the 3rd June, 1999 in Serian, Sarawak. He started his training for powerlifting in 2014. In addition, he even decided to quit his school to focus on his career in powerlifting. He made his debut at Mexico City 2017 and continues his journey until now. This year's Paralympics, Bonnie sets a new record of 228 kg and earned Malaysia's first gold medal in the Paralympics Games. The first reason I chose Bonnie Bunyau as one of my favourites athletes is because even he is born with short stature, he doesn't considered it as an obstacle to purchase his dreams and he works really hard to reach the victory that he has now. Furthermore, he is really kind and humble to other people as the saying goes humbleness is not something to be shown off, humbleness is something to be feel by all people.

Cheah Liek Hou is a Malaysian para-badminton player that was born in 8 March 1988 (age 33) and now currently reside at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Cheah first started to play badminton when he was nine and later he was able to compete against able-bodied badminton players at the age 12 years old. Cheah already completed his pre-university education in Bukit Jalil Sports School and also has a degree in corporate communication awarded by Universiti Putra Malaysia. The reason why he is my favorite paralympic athlete is because he is a consecutive 11-time winner of the BWF Para-Badminton World Championships, although he was born with Erb's palsy it didn't discourage him to stop playing badminton. Furthermore, he also won the gold medal in 2020 Summer Paralympic that makes him the first Malaysian athlete to win a medal in para-badminton.

He first got to know the game called boccia from a teacher at his school and officially started playing it at the age of 19.
