In recent years, the popularity of fast

food has been significantly higher in the world. Debates on whether this is a good or lousy tendency has been a controversial topic. However, I firmly believe that the drawbacks of fast food outweigh its benefits.
It is an undeniable fact that the presence of fast food has dramatically benefited people in some ways. Firstly, it is considerably time- saving and convenient for people, and thus they can spend more time for other things. Because nowadays modern life gives them a lot of pressure on working and learning, they don’t have time to cook in home. Secondly, eating fast food is much cheaper than traditional

foods to help people set their money back.
On the other hand, fast food contains many unhealthy ingredients like unsaturated fats, oil, sugar and salt. Frequent consumption of these will cause obesity and health problems such as fatty liver, high blood pressure and high cholesterol levels. In addition, fast foods have shallow nutritional value and do not fulfill the requirements of the daily nutrients. Hence, constant intake of fast foods may cause a nutritional deficiency in the long term. Another reason is that more and more people are interested in western food has threatened traditional foods. It is evident that in modern life fewer people prefer eating traditional foods in their daily meals since they want to save time to do other neccessary tasks relating to their jobs.

Fast food has become commonplace among society in recent years. While it is believed by many people that this trend has brought positive alterations to human life, I suppose that it is detrimental to both consumers and society at large.

On the one hand, the presence of junk food has greatly benefited people in some ways. To begin with, having fast food is considerably time-saving and convenient . In our fast-paced world today, people tend to work their tails off to fulfill their needs, leaving inadequate time for preparing home-cooked meal. As a result, they switch to fast food by virtue of its fast serving time and ominipresence. Another reason is that processed food taste scrumptious and appetizing for diners, especially the youth. Take primary and secondary schoolers as an example, children at these ages are always into fast food instead of nutrient-dense foods.

On the other hand, it is an indisputable fact that convenient food is classified as an unhealthy type of meal. Such fast food as fried chicken, harmburgers and chips are high in saturated fats and salts, which results in a plethora of serious health issues including high blood pressure, weight problems and cardiovascular diseases. For instance, according to some recent research, the substantial rise in obesity rate has been witnessed in many countries owing to the habit of eating too much fast food of citizens. Additionally, this kind of meals can feasibly put an end to some traditional food. Fast food has been considered by many as the better-taste and more favourable in comparison with traditional food, which sometimes require long-time preparation and sophisticated recipes.

In conclusion, I would restate my position that having fast food is a negative trend due to its adverse effects on consumers’ health and lifestyle.

For example, in most of high standard of living countries prefer eating pre-packaged foods such as hamburger, chicken fried or chips rather than eating well-cooked foods. Some may embrace the idea that fast food has beneficial impacts in today's societies. However it seems to me that this kind of food is seen as a negative trend for both individuals consuming it as well as for society at large.

On the one hand, the ubiquity of fast food is conducive to a more comfortable life due to its convenience and affordable price. With respect to the former, modern life has put enormous pressure on people and in order to succeed, they have to be snowed under with their work. Therefore, they tend to pick up pre-prepared food in the supermarket or at the fast food store in lieu of making healthy home-cooked food with a view to saving time. Regarding the latter, consumers may not have to pay a great deal of money for meals. One way of explaining this is that junk food is always low cost compared to meals in restaurants owing to its trivial time and materials.

On the other hand, critics of fast food often point out a combination of reasons. First and foremost, consuming excess processed food may pose a threat to our cardiovascular and digestive systems since it consists of various unhealthy ingredients namely unsaturated fats, oil, sugar and salt. Despite being favored by many civilians, personally i believe that this new trend of food is detrimental to our traditional cuisine and society.
On the one hand, fast food has greatly benefited our society in some ways. First of all, fast food is known for its convenience and mobility. They can be re-heated easily and can be taken to anywhere to enjoy. In addition, it helps save a lot of time because of how easy it is to dispose and clean after each meal. While some people accede that fast food brings us myriad of positive varitaions, I comply that this type of food can pose detrimental threats to both comsumers as well as the society at large.
To begin with, it is a indisputable fact that the past few decades have witnessed the increase in the availability of fast food.

Nowadays, fast food has become one of the biggest industries around the world. Fast food is said to be a subject of intense debate among many people in which it is assumed to be a favorable habit by a school of thought. However, I believe having a fast-food eating pattern constantly can be problematic and should be regarded as a negative trend.

On one hand, there are several benefits of consuming fast food on a regular basis. To begin with, saving time is the most crucial incentive for people‘s choice of fast food as there is very low or no waiting period. This is because the time required to cook these items is very short and the outlets also keep the items half-cooked to further reduce the serving time and attract more customers. In this era where most of the people are short of time and always in the hasty pace, these eatables have unraveled their issues to some extent. Another point worth considering is that fast-food chains offer an adequate meal out at affordable prices. Because Fast food restaurants can provide customers with simple large meal sets with more minimal cost than homemade and dine-in cafeterias, it prevails to be the most available meal choice of people of all ages, especially lower-class families in our society.

On the other hand, including fast food in daily food intake can determine some momentous drawbacks associated with our health and food culture in general. One of the most obvious and serious disadvantages brought up from this eating habit is the irreparable harm to both their short and long-term health. They are high in sugar and fat and are not meant to be eaten daily, thus consuming these constantly can lead to health issues involving heart disease, diabetes, and cancers. The contentment they provide is temporary yet the damages they inflict are likely to last a lifetime. In addition, the fast-food eating pattern threatens the cultural value of traditional food in the local. Because people nowadays have the tendency to favor fast food over the traditional meal, it is possible for the junk food to surpass and change the traditional food not only in terms of the culture and customs of one people but also in the diversification of the cuisine in the world.

In conclusion, despite the benefits related to convenience and economics that fast food brings, I belive the dominant drawbacks should serve as strong deterrents for people looking to encourage this unhealthy eating habit.

In my opinion, while i argee that fast food is becoming world-wide spread,i do not believe that it is a positive trend.
On the one hand, there are some reasons why fast food has become a necessary part in many countries. First of all, fast food enables people to save time.An illustration for this is that in our busy lives today, people no longer have time to prepare homemade meal which requires a lot of time for themshelves. As the result, they are turning towards to fast food due to its fast serving time.Another reason is fast food provides workers and students an indispensable energy for daily activities. For example,a hamburger can give a huge calories for worker to work all day without being exhausted.
On the other hand, despite its convenience and affordable price,I believe that consuming fast food brings people much harm than benefit.Firstly,it is undeniable that consuming junk food is on the verge of serious health problems such as obesity, high blood pressure,...Foods like fried chicken, hamburgers, chips which contain incredibly high fat and salt leads to overweight or even heart diseases.Secondly, fast food minimizes people's time with their family. In other words, the more time people eat out at a fast food restaurant, the less time they have to gather and share many things with members in the family.

Fast food has become more popular in several countries in recent years. It is argued that this trend has brought significant changes to human; however, I believe that its demerits overshadow merits.
On the one hand, there is certainly a myriad of reasons why this kind of food is widely preferred. Firstly, having fast food is both time-saving and handy. People nowadays can easily find food stores, which serve a great number of junk foods in almost everywhere of cities. Therefore, workers and students could save a significant amount of time when they have junk food instead of preparing meals at home. Secondly, fast food is much cheaper than the traditional foods so it could help consumers save their money. This type of food is undeniably linked to major health issues. Foods heavy in fat and salt, such as fried chicken and hamburger, are linked to ailments like over-weight and heart diseases. According to recant survey, the rate of obese children has drastically risen in America due to the inattentiob of their parents in nurture. As a consequence, more and more people prefer fast food to home-cooked meals and this will make them lazier to take care of their health.
