Hi, I’m Michelle! I’ve been at PAH since 2017, starting as a student and growing into my role as a qualified midwife. For the past five years I’ve loved working in the community, and I’m excited to have recently joined the Rodings team as a Band 7. I’ve also been a PMA since 2024 and enjoy a cheeky bank shift on triage. I’d describe myself as compassionate, patient, and caring—and always up for a chat over a good coffee. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me on the sidelines watching my two boys play football, staying active with Pilates, barre, and HIIT, or out on long walks with my 9-year-old beagle.

michelle.barker14@nhs.net
