Kleine Ergänzung: Carlo beschäftigt sich mit der Vergangenheit, er beschäftigt sich mit Rosa Luxemburg, mit ihrem Denkmal in Borna, mit der fehlenden Büste und mit dem ehemaligen Straßennamen. Nach Rüsen ist diese Beschäftigung mit der Vergangenheit ein Merkmal des Menschseins. Der Mensch, in diesem Fall Carlo, orientiert sich in zwei Richtungen, er bezieht sich einmal auf die Vergangenheit, indem er seine Zeiterfahrung bzw. die seiner Eltern nutzt. Ebenso bezieht er sich irgendwie auf die Zukunft, zwar spricht er es nicht offen aus, aber er fragt sich beziehungsweise stellt fest, das sie heute noch hier steht Carlo: "das es bis heute noch hier steht". Kritik als Merkmal der Geschichte und der vorhandenen Quellen.

Ein Mitschüler von Carlo fragt: " ist Rosa Luxemburg hier an der Stelle gestorben?". Ein Mann antwortet mit "Nein!". Der Mitschüler von Carl übt meines Erachtens ein wenig Kritik an der Quelle (Denkmal) bzw. hinterfragt diese. Da die Ermordung von Rosa Luxemburg (Berlin), die Stelle ihres Todes, nicht in Borna war und dennoch ein Denkmal dort steht.
