To be very honest, I’m still not ready to accept that you’re leaving Shell. For me, you’ll always be one of the most technical, reliable, and thoughtful people I’ve ever worked with. Our friendship started way back in 2016 when we were part of the Systems Team, and I’ll never forget how competitive (and fun!) we were. I truly believe we were the best team (CFO awardee pa nga tayo, haha!) and that memory will always have a special spot in my heart.

It also feels a bit sad knowing I’ll now be the last woman standing in our Information Booth group. But what comforts me is knowing that our friendship will continue outside the four corners of Solaris One. I’m really grateful to God for allowing us to build this kind of bond that goes beyond work, kahit maaga tayo iniwan ni Jen. 🥹

So please, don’t forget us here in Manila. Visit us as often as you can, and of course, get your “automatic-gated” house in Palawan ready for our invasion. 😂 Pakilala mo na rin si Joseph sa amin. Haha.

So, I want to thank you for being so generous in sharing not only your wealth of knowledge, your leadership and guidance, but basically all that you are with us. This wall filled with overwhelming messages is a testament to how you’ve touched so many lives in the last 18 yrs.

I’ve never known life in Shell without you Madam… and to be honest this feels less like home now that you’re leaving. But I’ve realized that home is never really a place but being with the people who really get you - celebrate you, comfort you, recognize you, listen to you, call you out, and simply let you be your truest self without judgment (ok maybe with a little judgment but still accepts you! Lol!). That is how you’ve made many of us feel. And I know that home is just a message away! Just as how we’ve seen fellow chevers move on and build a life outside, I know you will also continue to grow and shine brighter in your next adventure. 😊

Tulad ng lagi kong sinasabi sayo… uwi na madam! This time you don’t have to worry about any unfinished task when you go home. You can log off and prioritize yourself na. I’ll keep you posted na lang sa latest chika.😉

Thanks for the friendship and ayoko magsabi ng goodbye kase pede naman tayo mag-meet pag andito ka sa manila. Nalulungkot ako kase mamimiss ko yung lunch and dinner naten tuwing RTO, yung paglalakad naten sa Ayala triangle with Cza para ma-meet yung 10k steps, yung endless kwentuhan na ang topic personal, yung sharing about lab result, yung discussion ng challenges sa work at solution, at marami pang iba... hinde ko ma-imagine na papasok ako ng Solaris tapos.... :( but I will powerthrough.

God bless sa next journey mo alam ko kayang-kaya mo anu man ung challenges na dumating sayo kase you have the experiences and the character.
