Adab in learning knowledge

In my opinion, Adab is very important in our journey of life especially in seeking knowledge. As a student myself, I believe that respecting our teachers or lecturers can lead us to successful. Being smart without Adab doesn't mean you are good enough but being smart with blessing from a person who taught us are. So, from my perspective, Adab in learning means we always come to class, be there on time, always greet them with smile on, be polite, especially in conversation, focus in class, and submit assignments on time. These are bare minimum as a student but still many of students did not fulfill these actions. They even raise their voice nowadays. A bless from our teacher is on top of any marks that you have scored on your paper. I've been there before, once you make Adab as your first priority, you can feel it. As for me, I can feel it through learning in class, it become easier for me to understand any concept or topics. That's all from Adab.

He first asked about Islam, and the Prophet responded by describing the five pillars.

Next, Jibril asked about Iman (faith), and the Prophet explained that it means to believe in Allah, His angels, His revealed books, His messengers, the Last Day, and divine decree for both the good and the bad.

In Islam, faith known as Iman is the foundation of a Muslim’s belief and way of life. It is built upon six essential pillars that guide how Muslims understand the world, their purpose, and their relationship with Allah. These pillars are not just ideas to memorize; they are beliefs that shape a person’s actions, values, and inner peace.

The first pillar is belief in Allah, the one and only God, who created everything and is always present. Muslims trust in His wisdom, mercy, and power.

The second is belief in angels, who are unseen beings created by Allah to carry out His commands, such as delivering messages and recording human deeds.

The third pillar is belief in holy books, including the Taurat, Zabur, Injil and especially the Qur’an, which Muslims believe is the final and complete guidance for humanity.

The fourth pillar is belief in prophets, chosen by Allah to teach people how to live rightly. From Adam to Muhammad, each prophet brought truth and guidance, with Prophet Muhammad being the last messenger.

The fifth pillar is belief in the Day of Judgment, when every person will be held accountable for their actions. This belief encourages Muslims to live with honesty, kindness, and responsibility.

The sixth and final pillar is belief in Qadar, or divine decree, which means that everything happens by Allah’s will both good and bad. This teaches Muslims to be patient, trust in Allah’s plan, and make wise choices.

To sum up, together, these six pillars form the heart of a Muslim’s faith.

Al-Quran as The Book of Guidance

Al-Quran is a complete guide for life. Allah describes it in the Quran itself as guidance for those who are conscious of Him. Also, Quran teaches us about good manners such as respect parents, forgive others, avoid backbitting, and be humble. Moreover, when we feel stressed, angry or sad, read Quran. It encourages patience and forgiveness. Quran also reminds us of the value of time, so, we (Human) must fill our free time with good things especially Ibadah and riadah. This encourages being productive and avoiding laziness. The most main thing about Quran for me is about self-growth. Quran helps me to reflect, be kind, forgiving, patience, seek knowledge, improve myself, and be conscious of Allah in everything I do. Quran complete my life in every possible ways.
