When spehano and Caliban were speaking with each other, " Mooncalf, speak once in thy life, if thou be'st a good mooncalf. How doe thy Honor? Let me lick thy shoe. Ill not serve him; he is not Valiant (3. 2. 23-26). This part of the tempest relates to power because of Stephanos gift to Caliban of the drink. This gave stephano all the power over Caliban.

Speaking,

    "Shall be my precedent: as thou got’st Milan, I’ll come by Naples. Draw thy sword. One stroke Shall free thee from the tribute which thou payest, And I the King shall love the" (2. 1. 333-335). This shows they they were drawing there swords getting ready to kill the king. This is part of perspective because there perspective was if they killed the king they would gain power.
