During the Tempest Caliban gives power to Stephano because he gave him an alcholic drink. This drink that Stephano gave Caliban got him exited and very happy so he though of stephano as his Master. Because He was drunken Caliban started serving Stephano and telling him he would do anything for him and he started licking his feet. When spehano and Caliban were speaking with each other, " Mooncalf, speak once in thy life, if thou be'st a good mooncalf. How doe thy Honor? Let me lick thy shoe. Ill not serve him; he is not Valiant (3. 2. 23-26). This part of the tempest relates to power because of Stephanos gift to Caliban of the drink. This gave stephano all the power over Caliban.

One stroke Shall free thee from the tribute which thou payest, And I the King shall love the" (2. 1. 333-335). This shows they they were drawing there swords getting ready to kill the king.
