         <description><![CDATA[<p>Tre eksempler på traditionel grønlandsk mad Nationalretten i Grønland hedder "suaasat", der kort fortalt er en tyk suppe lavet på sælkød, kartofler, løg, ris, salt og peber. En anden traditionel spise er "mattak", som er hvalhud fra hvaler som hvidhval eller narhval. Dette spiser man ofte til festlige lejligheder. I gamle dage i Grønland jagtede de hvalrosser, De brugte deres stødtænder til at lave knive ud af og spiste kødet, selvfølgelig brugte de også skindet, de brugte de til at lave dragter med.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In the old days, during the winter, the Greenlanders built igloos out of ice and snow and lived there for some time, but when it got warmer they moved into tents, known as tupiq, made out of animal skin and bones or wood.          <description><![CDATA[<p>In Greenland, people don't drive as much as we do in Denmark. They use dog sleds, snowmobiles and boats. A lot of the transport around the towns happens by boat. On a boat you can easily move around in coastal areas and today, all fishing is done by boat. Pretty much all tourists in Greenland get to go on a boat trip in a fjord, to a beautiful glacier or a settlement. A number of Greenlanders own a leisure house.</p>]]></description>

Most whales come to Greenlandic waters in the summer, when there is no ice and plenty of food. Most whales you meet in the sea around Greenland swim between the Arctic regions and the Caribbean Sea. Three species, the beluga, the narwhal and the bowhead whale, live in Greenlandic waters all year round.</p>]]></description>
