I decided to take this photo because I was just looking out of my window and I saw a lot of cargo ships stopping, so I took the photo. The photo has used the rule of thirds technique horizontally. I like how the shadows of the ship reflect into the water. The blue water contrasts with the yellow ship.

I decided to crop it like this because the man in the photo in comparison is so small to the ships so I thought it would be interesting to make him the subject of this photo. I decided to use the rule of thirds for this photo to draw attention to the man. I like how the light is reflected in this photo.
