Incl postdocs etc.

Need to consider workload expectations with increasing student numbers...E.g. of links with employers.

Involvement of students in data gathering where we don't know the answer. Citizen Science. Those involved actively may want to extend their analysis.

Summer studentships need to be advertised.

Science Challenge...No more  than 2 students from each subject involved.
Make a Space...H&S to be accommodated..Trained the lab technicians

There needs to be a culture of sharing, whether that's good practice or key learning.
There are pockets of good practice but if we're being serious then the change has to be radical.
