Originally from New Jersey, I have enjoyed making a home for myself here in Michigan over the past 8 years. My husband is from Michigan, and I'm grateful he showed me all the beautiful sites this gorgeous state has to offer people. From the many, many lakes, to the sandy dunes, to the Paradise rocks.... there's a unique plethora of natural environments for everyone to explore.

I'm an adult learner, returning to school at WCC to complete a 3+1 transfer program into Eastern Michigan University for a bachelor's degree in business administration. I plan on utilizing my education towards a career in Business Management/ Accounting.

I try to minimize my plastic waste and carbon footprint so that the next generation has a better chance of being able to enjoy a more natural world. From avoiding heavy synthetic and chemical ingredients in products, to supporting local farmers or other small businesses, every step I take is on the path to sustainability. I thoroughly enjoy driving my plug-in hybrid car and try to keep all my errands as local as possible to reduce my carbon emissions. I also enjoy thrifting and repurposing old items into new things.
