         <description><![CDATA[<div>The style I'd use to help Jamal is persuasive, I would explain to him how adding his own spin on things can effect our revenue and our customers experience (since each customer would get the dish in a different way). I'd take his ideas and consider them for the next time we bring out a new menu. If he'd refuse to listen i would take on a more chaotic leadership style and get straight to the point. </div>]]></description>
