We follow the procedure of work and free to control the workflow and outcomes. The manager just took the hands-off approach and trusted the team members. She just involved the request of an employee when necessary.  Basically, I was only the reception in a shift after 2 weeks of training. If I had further considered, I come to ask. So that, I feel free and be trusted. There's not much pressure during working time. The cause of conflict I witnessed is generation difference. The problem happened among individuals within a team when people have unclear and unfair expectations.
