         <description><![CDATA[<div>=&gt; Sound is a form of energy produced by vibrating objects.<br>=&gt; Vibration is a kind of rapid to and fro motion of an object.<br>=&gt; When a vibrating object moves forward, it pushes and compresses the air is front of it creating a region of high pressure or height density. This region is called a compression.<br>=&gt; When the vibrating object moves backwards, it creates a region of low pressure or low density called rarefactions.<br>=&gt; In sound propagation, it is the energy of the sound that travels and not the particles of the medium.<br>=&gt; Propagation of sound can be visualized as propagation of density variations or pressure variations in the medium.<br>=&gt; There are 2 types of waves:- Tranverse and Longitudinal waves</div>]]></description>
