         <description><![CDATA[<div> Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are <em>operations</em>. <br> When an expression has more than one operation, you must use the <strong><em>order of operations</em></strong> to simplify it. To <strong><em>simplify a numerical expression</em></strong> means to find its value.<br><br>Order of Operations Without Grouping:<br>Step 1: Multiply and divide from left to right.<br>Step 2: Add and subtract from left to right.<br><br>Remember: Simplifying a numerical expression means the same as evaluating a numerical expression.</div>]]></description>
