In 2015 there was pilot project “Level up!” implemented by Latvian NA and Estonian NA and it focus was facilitation and recognition of learning processes of young people in youth work – based on Youthpass concept. There was final conference with recommendations about NFI recognition but still for local level we don’t have recognition tool like Youthpass etc. but NA promotes learning in youth work organizing annual course like Passion for Learning etc.
In Latvia we have youth workers and youth affairs specialists. They can attend 10 days courses organized by Ministry of Education and Science. There are also 2 Universities providing master studies at youth affairs and career counselling.

But we've noticed few situations where Youthpass was recognized and valued by the Croatian univercities as additional value during application or extra ECTS during studing. Youthpass is mostly issued for Youth exchanges and Volunteering, but in the last few years we could see a significant increase in issued Youthpasses for TCA activities and Youth Workers mobility. Promotion first between our colleagues, then with the whole NA and then try to influence to other relevant stakeholders.
