Social Structure: Lions are the most social of all big cats. They live in groups called prides, which typically consist of around 15 lions, including several related females and their cubs, along with a small number of adult males.

Roaring Communication: Lions are known for their powerful roars, which can be heard up to 8 kilometers (5 miles) away. Roaring helps lions communicate with their pride members and establish territorial boundaries.

Hunting Tactics: Female lions, or lionesses, do the majority of the hunting for their pride. They often hunt in groups to increase their chances of success. Their cooperative hunting strategy allows them to take down large prey such as zebras, wildebeests, and even young elephants.

Conservation Status: Lions are currently listed as vulnerable on the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List. Their populations are declining due to habitat loss, human-wildlife conflict, and poaching. Conservation efforts are ongoing to protect these majestic animals and their habitats.

Word Order Flexibility: English generally follows a Subject-Verb-Object (SVO) word order, but it can vary for emphasis or stylistic reasons. For example, "I saw him yesterday" (SVO) can become "Yesterday I saw him" (OSV) or "Him I saw yesterday" (OVS) without changing the meaning significantly.

Articles: English has definite (the) and indefinite (a/an) articles. The use of articles can be tricky because they often depend on context and whether the noun they modify is specific or general.

Phrasal Verbs: English is rich in phrasal verbs, which consist of a verb and one or more particles (prepositions or adverbs). Examples include "take off," "turn up," and "give in." Their meanings are often idiomatic and not directly deducible from the individual words.

Irregular Verbs: English has a significant number of irregular verbs whose past tense and past participle forms do not follow the standard -ed ending. For instance, "go" becomes "went" (past) and "gone" (past participle).

Modal Verbs: English modal verbs (such as can, could, will, would, shall, should, may, might, must) have specific uses and nuances that can be challenging to master, particularly for non-native speakers.
