Water Moisture Sensor Arduino
The soil moisture sensor consists of two probes which are used to measure the volumetric content of water. The two probes allow the current to pass through the soil and then it gets the resistance value to measure the moisture value.

When there is more water, the soil will conduct more electricity which means that there will be less resistance. Therefore, the moisture level will be higher. Dry soil conducts electricity poorly, so when there will be less water, then the soil will conduct less electricity which means that there will be more resistance. Therefore, the moisture level will be lower.

This sensor can be connected in two modes; Analog mode and digital mode. First, we will connect it in Analog mode and then we will use it in Digital mode.

E Deweeder Control Sensor

the unmanned machine e-deweeder (presented product and named as a magical machine by farmers) is powerful enough to walk over the non-uniform terrain profile and hence can traverse the farm with advantage that it doesn’t disturb the crop at any stage of crop production. the machine vision algorithm allows to detect weed among mixed population of weed and crop using morphological and physiology properties. the computation power of the machine allows weed processing over 0.77 hectare/hour in the first time usage of cropping phase. our invention offer crop yield enhancement upto 37 % of crop yield and ensure return on capital investment to the farmers in a year.

There is a very wide range of optical sensors applied in agriculture, which goes from sensors used to analyze soil attributes to sensors installed in combines to measure protein content in wheat grains while they are being harvested. There are also some differences about the distance from the sensor to the crops. For example, the SPAD and the ClorofiLOG sensors need to make static measurements, touching the sensors on crop’s leaves. The other sensors make the measurements from centimeters to meters, but do not need to have contact with the leaves.

This moisture sensor can read the amount of moisture present in the soil surrounding it. It's a low tech sensor, but ideal for monitoring an urban garden, or your plant's water level. This sensor uses the two probes to pass current through the soil, and then it reads that resistance to get the moisture level. More water makes the soil conduct electricity more easily (less resistance), while dry soil conducts electricity poorly (more resistance). It will be helpful to remind you to water your indoor plants or to monitor the soil moisture in your garden.

Specification:
Input voltage: 3.3VDC or 5VDC
Analog output: 0~4.2VDC
Current: 35mA
Pin definition: Analog output(Blue wire) GND(Black wire) Power(Red wire)
Size: 60x20x5mm
