I love perfect weather for running. I like to run when the air is crisp, slightly windy, and sunny. It is hard to find this "perfect weather". Sometimes the air is humid so it feels gross. Sometimes the wind is too harsh so it's hard to run. When there is too much sun it gets to hot to run.
