~ Beside that, I also need to know the type of room that include in this hotel such as triple window room, double window room, couple room, twin room, double room and quadruple room. 
~ Miss Macy who is the bos in Inap Hotel ask me to double check each room that had clean up by housekeeper who name Nurul and Siti, to see whether it is clean enough for the next customer to stay. 
~ While working in Inap Hotel I need to make sure that customer is satisfied with Inap Hotel service, the person who play role as front counter must take a serious not on it.

~ When customer call to book at room, I need to check in the booking room book list to see whether there are any available room to stay according to customer required date.
~ If there are  available room to stay, I need to write down customer name, phone number, how many day they want to book room and how many person at the required date. 
~ If customer success to book their room, they need to bank in RM50 of deposit to the Inap Hotel bank and this deposit is refundable while they check out from room. 
~ The deposit is to make sure customer confirm to book the room, however if some customer that has book online with Agoda, they will call Inap Hotel to confirm their booking are successful. 
~ Moreover I need to call customer on 12pm to make sure they are confirm to book the room and I also need to call customer who need to check out before 12pm to know whether they want to stay over to another day or what time they want to check out, because late check out they need to pay RM10 per hour.

~ Furthermore, the daily routine that I need to do is to check the customer status which I need to make sure they check out on time, or else they need to pay extra or charge RM10 per hour.
~ Daily checking the item that contain in the hotel room and make sure all the item function is working include air-conditional, showers and television.

Since it is weekend so the price range will be higher then weekday, for example the price for double room cost RM70 on weekday but on weekend it cost RM115.
~ The room and front desk are all slowly be renovate into a new look for customer to stay in a comfortable area.

There are quite lot of theft case happen in Inap Hotel such as towel missing.
~ Therefore, Miss Macy try to composing new rules of Inap Hotel which whenever customer check out we will provide them a paper bag for them.
~ The paper bag use which before they check out, they need to put or return all remote control and towel that have been given during check in.
~ This is to avoiding theft occurs, if there is one of the item in the room missing, the deposit will not give back to customer and if something has loss from the room, we will cut the customer money from the deposit RM50 to paid back the item that has loss from the room

Housekeeper separate the pillow case, towel and bed sheet and I need to count the how many of it that need to be wash at laundry and record at laundry book.
~ After record in the laundry book, I need to cop it with Inap Hotel cop.
