It is best if we can 2-3 parents who are willing to share the love on this! IF we are unable to come up with any volunteers, we will need to problem solve. One solution to this is to ask for an additional donation so we can pay another person to do this. I am hoping to keep all donations to a minimum so let's just hope this is not the route we need to take. Again, transparency. Games are about two hours and minimum wage is not so "minimum" any more.

There will be a Score Keeper Meeting in person and via Zoom! There are also YouTube videos you can watch to learn more!

WPB Movie Night @ York Field -Starts @ Sunset. Details to come...

We’re gearing up for a great season and could use your help! If you’re able to volunteer for scorekeeping or field day, we’d love to have you—no experience needed! We can offer support, training, and any guidance needed along the way!

We are fortunate to already have a team flag and banner, but I’ll be collecting a small team donation to cover items like our team raffle basket. I’ll also be sharing optional fundraising opportunities to help fund possible team bonding activities. I'd love to organize a couple trips to the batting cages. Please let me know if you have any ideas! To manage any team funds, I will be maintaining the team 'account' on Venmo and with a hard copy ledger. Although the donation request is expected to be small and there is not expected to be a constant 'cash' flow; the purpose of this is for full transparency.

To keep everything organized, I’ve set up a Padlet where you’ll find schedules, important dates, and updates. You can access it using the link/QR code. Coach and I will keep this and GroupMe updated throughout the season.

Avoid having your player wear white long-sleeved shirts. If your player would like to were a long sleeved undershirt, please have them wear grey or red. This is mostly for Pitchers but it is best to avoid it all together.

CUPS ... The kids will need them. This is obviously not my area of expertise. Coach will reach out with further info.
