I like representing MV with some swag. Maybe staff could be given a piece of clothing to wear on Fridays. It would be good if staff could vote on design options before the design is purchased.

Students showing appreciation

I think it would be awesome to have a way to where students could ask to have a staff member appreciated. They could even write a letter and partner with PTO/Admin to get a treat to the staff member. Some of my favorite appreciations have been from the students and their families, and I know not all of our families are in a financial position to do this. If we did this all families would get the opportunity to show appreciation to our staff without having to do it out of their own pocket.
