Yes, based on my professional experience, I consider Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) to be key tools in the teaching and learning process. Throughout my teaching career, I have seen that their use not only modernizes educational practice but also makes it more effective, inclusive, and meaningful for students.

I have observed that by incorporating digital resources such as educational platforms, interactive applications, videos, and virtual learning environments, students become more motivated, engaged, and independent. ICTs have facilitated greater learning personalization, allowing me to address different paces and styles, as well as adapt materials to reinforce or expand content according to the needs of the group.

I have also noticed that the use of ICTs improves communication with students and their families, fosters collaborative work, and allows me to more closely monitor academic progress through online assessment tools and immediate feedback.
