In my opinion, typing is better. It lets you fix mistakes easily without leaving a mark. You can type anywhere at any time, while writing requires you to have a notebook or paper. Typing lets you send an email, which is much faster than mail, which can take days or maybe weeks to arrive. Typing also makes it easier to read words and text, whereas poor handwriting in writing can make it harder to read. Typing is much faster than writing. While writing can take days to write on paper, typing can take only a few hours.

In my opinion, writing is better. Many may argue that typing is better, but without writing, we would be living in a whole different world. Without writing, we would not have important documents such as the Bill of Rights, Magna Carta, and even the Constitution. These are just some of the many important written documents in our history. Another reason why I prefer writing instead of typing is that it helps us be distant from our screens. In this modern day, we are always attached to some sort of technology. Writing keeps you away from screens for a bit, and for others, writing may also help relieve stress or help them mentally. Many would say typing was influenced by writing. For example, without writing, the typewriter would have never been invented. Therefore, I would say that writing is superior to typing, but in this modern day, technology is soon going to take over the role of writing.

My option is that typing is more superior than writing because when it comes to writing you can make mistakes without noticing you did. While typing it corrects your grammar mistakes, so you can correct them, sometimes it can even give you more officiant words to make your essays better. Although Ms. Cohen says that there are many different writing fonts like cursive for example, a lot of people are more poetic, typing is still superior due to our technology advancing everyday, typing lets you type anywhere at any time, and lets you communicate with others through text. In conclusion, typing is so much better because it's faster, easy to read, and easy to edit. Plus you can share or save it easily.
