Julia's idea from past experience with external clients and collaborators is very nice as it reinforces our external marketing approach and helps in team building. I am more in favour of an hybrid presentation-bbq event, where the first part is dedicating on the impact of Geodata in the past 5-10 years, relevant projects, customer experience on their projects and the second part on entertainment. Providing some presents e.g mugs with annotated mugs "40 years of Geodata" would be nice since funding is provided.
