- Herausforderung: Die MA*iA thematisiert sehr oft organisatorischen Fragen (Ferienplanung, Arbeitseinsätze etc.) bei der PA, anstatt beim Bereichsleiter - obwohl ganz klar der Bereichsleiter dafür zuständig ist. Auch Arbeitsaufträge holt sie oftmals bei der PA. Dabei ist die Schwierigkeit, dass ich als PA anhand ihrer Kommunikation davon ausgehe, dass sie den Auftrag bereits vom Bereichsleiter abgeholt hat. In Wirklichkeit ist dem aber nicht so. 
Der Bereichsleiter fordert zu Recht ein, dass ich als PA die MA*iA bei solchen Fragen abweise bzw. an ihn verweise. Die Fälle häufen sich aber und die MA*iA hat offensichtlich Mühe damit einzuordnen wer bei welchen Themen zuständig ist. - Evt. Beziehungsklärung zw. BL und MA*iA
- Bessere Absprache/engere Zusammenarbeit zwischen BL und PA
- Evt. muss PA am Anfang die MA*iA dabei begleiten, wenn sie beim BL Fragen klären muss (damit sie die Hemmungen verliert)
